Summary

                            A bill to reinstate and extend the deadline for commencement of construction of a hydroelectric project involving Clark Canyon Dam.

This bill requires the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, upon request, to
reinstate the construction license for the Clark Canyon Dam Hydroelectric
Project located on the Beaverhead River in Beaverhead County, Montana.

Construction on the project must commence within three years.
