This bill amends the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Cards Act
of 2011 to permanently authorize the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation business
travel card program. (The program, which provides persons who are engaged in
Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation business with expedited airport processing, is
scheduled to end on September 30, 2018.)
