Summary

                    The Palisade Bluegrass Festival is celebrating its ten year anniversary in 2017. The steady growth of the
festival has made it one of Palisade’s greatest assets for tourism and cultural experiences. Each year the
festival has brought in people from across the country and has established a reputation for showcasing
talented performers in a premier location. This year, the Cranium 360 team is excited to propose a renewed
partnership with the Town of Palisade that will provide continued success and improvements to the
festival’s overall exposure and attendance.

                    Measurable Objectives for 2017:
Increase overall attendance for the Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Festival
Increase exposure for the town and the festival
Maximize blind faith and early bird ticket sales

Scope of Work:
The Cranium 360 team will manage the event communications including press releases, online presence,
social media scheduling, advertising, email blasts/content, event design and website updates as needed.
Some of this work will take place through a partnership with Mountain Groove. 

List of work to be performed by Cranium 360 includes:
1. Strategy and Project Management
 a. Develop messaging for all materials.
 b. Develop a social media calendar and “snack size” content strategy to build continued
 interest. Work with Mountain Groove to share posting responsibilities.
 c. Work with Mountain Groove to ensure information is accurate and responsibilities are
 clear.
 d. Submit for VCB special event funding in January to increase the possibility of advertising
 assistance.

 e. Manage negotiations with potential media and printing sponsors.
2. Online
 a. Management of Ticketfly account and updating of website links and info as available. All
 pages and posts should link to the purchase ticket page.
 b. Creation of six eblasts distributing new content about the festival.
